Missing percentage in cpu plugin data

The attached image shows the cpu plugin graph created using munin 2.0.1 for both client and server. As you can guess, the significant abuse of ressources started on July 1st 02:00 CEST = 00:00 UTC for the well-known reasons :)

The interesting fact though is: During the time between the incident and the repair the sum of all parameters is not 200% (CPU is a Core2Duo) as it usually is.

If you an idea where the missing about 11 percent points went, please fix it. The box is running Linux Kernel 3.2.x
