Allow {Warning, Critical, Unknown} Alerts To Go To Different Contacts For Alerting

Currently, it doesn't seem like you can have all Warnings go to one contact, and all Critical and Unknown alerts to go to another. This would be immensely useful for our use case, where we don't necessarily want to receive pages for every severity of alert (maybe only get Jabber notifications for warnings, etc.). Though, it's possible I've missed this ability someplace.

It's clear from the documentation that you can change the contact setting on a per node basis, but nothing I found indicates that you can do the same for the severity of the alert.
